Smart Drivers — Terms and Conditions

The company accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising outside the vehicle or outside the instructor's control.
Personal data is only used for managing lessons, payments, and driving test bookings.
Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
The instructor may refuse test vehicle if the Pupil is not test-ready.
Any lessons already taken will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate before calculating the refund.
The school accepts no liability for a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issue, or unsafe conditions.
Pupils must hold a valid learner permit/license for all lessons.
Pupils must attend lessons in a safe and legal state to drive.
Pupils must follow the instructor's guidance for safety.
The school reserves the right to terminate a lesson immediately if the Pupil is unfit to drive or behaves dangerously; no refund will be given.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Pre-paid lessons or packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Prices are subject to change, but pre-paid lessons will be honoured at the original rate.
The company may cancel or rearrange a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe conditions.
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged in full.
The instructor is responsible to provide lessons in a safe, roadworthy, fully insured vehicle.
The instructor is responsible to deliver professional instructions tailored to the Pupil's ability.
If the instructor is late, the time will be added or the lesson extended.
Late arrival by the Pupil may result in reduced lesson time without refund.
Standard lesson duration is 60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.
